Yaxche welcomes any interested families to apply for admission for their children in grades PreK-8. Siblings of Yaxche students receive first priority in admissions. In making admission decisions, the Head of School makes every effort to maintain a balance in our school, considering learning abilities, gender, race, socioeconomic class, and ethnic diversity.

Our admission process is, by nature, a very personal one. We offer you the opportunity to see us up close and to learn about our program and our school community. We invite any interested family to visit our school, experience our program first-hand, learn about our philosophy, and submit an application for their child.

A limited number of openings are available each year. If you are interested in learning about Yaxche, you are welcome to download the material required for admission and then fax or mail the completed admission application. Alternatively, you can pick up or we can mail you an admission application. Please feel free to call us and we will help you with the admission process.

Most families choose to schedule an interview, test, and tour at the same time. However, you may schedule interviews and tests separately. (Please contact the Administrator to set up your interview and tour.)
